What this site keeps

• Your sign-in identity from our sign-in provider (WorkOS): your email address and account and organization identifiers.
• The profile you enter here: name, company or brokerage, phone and website.
• If you tick the Virtual Results client box: that request, the website domain you give, and our review decision.
• Service logs of sign-ins and requests, with account and organization identifiers, used to run and secure the site.
• We use analytics tools, including session replay, to understand and improve this site.

Your IDX Broker key

This site never sees your key. You enter it on a separate secure Virtual Results page, where it is stored encrypted for your organization only. It is used to run the requests you make through your AI assistant.

Removing your data

You can remove your key at any time on the key page. To delete your profile and account records, email support@virtualresults.net.
