IDX Broker MCP by Virtual Results.
The service
IDX Broker MCP lets an AI assistant you choose work in your own IDX Broker account, using the key you provide. You need a valid IDX Broker account, and you stay responsible for it and for what you ask the assistant to do.
Changes are confirmed
Before the assistant changes or deletes something that already exists, it shows you the change and asks you twice. Anything visitors would see on your site is always confirmed twice, even when it is new. Some IDX Broker changes cannot be undone, so read what it shows you.
Charges
There is no charge to use IDX Broker MCP right now. If that changes, we'll tell you first and nothing will be charged without your say-so.
Availability
The service depends on IDX Broker and on your AI assistant, and either can be unavailable or limited. IDX Broker's own hourly call limits apply to your account.
Ending use
You can remove your key at any time on the key page. We may suspend access that harms the service or other people.
